Where's my order?
To check on where your order is, you can track the package with the provided tracking number that was sent via email. If you don’t see the email, try checking your email's Junk / Spam Mail folder.

Most orders take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive within the US once shipped. International orders vary by destination and service-level. See our shipping policy for more details.
How do I cancel or change my order?
To cancel an order, simply contact us with the appropriate information and order number right away. We'll be glad to help you out. Most orders are shipped out within a few hours so it may be too late to cancel the order, BUT we'll work out a solution for you.
Orders once submitted cannot be changed so to make changes to an order, we would have to cancel the existing order (which will be refunded, of course) and you can then reorder with any changes you would like to make.
If you would like to add products to an existing order that has already been submitted, you would have to add your products to a new, separate order.
I bought a helmet and realized I actually wanted a new model you just released, can I exchange it?
Orders once fulfilled cannot be exchanged. So to make an exchange to an order, you would have to return the existing order (which will be refunded, of course) and you can then reorder with any changes you would like to make.
I love this one particular style of helmet, but it's out of stock in my size. When will you restock it?
We usually don't restock styles after they have been released. The reason for this is we don't want to crowd the streets with the same styles of helmets. We push new styles and designs all the time so if you see something you'd like to pick up, do it because it won't be around forever. Some select styles will be restocked, if so the link to sign up for the restock list will be on the product page. How much does shipping cost?

Is my credit card data safe?
We take the utmost precautions to make sure our customer’s data is safe and have a 100% secure checkout. We are PCI compliant and abide by strict standards when handling all customer information, including credit card information. No credit card information is stored in our systems (servers) and the only information visible to us whether or not a payment has been successfully processed.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged when you place an order.
Do Urban Helmets meet safety standards?
All Urban Helmets are approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
What warranty do you provide on your helmets?
We provide a 365-day warranty for any factory problem that you may have with your helmet.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any additional discounts for bulk orders.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift card values never expire and they are the perfect gift for any occasion. A code will be emailed with redemption instructions which you can gift to anyone you'd like.
Do you offer any discounts for active US military or veterans?

How do I know what size to get?

What if my helmet doesn't fit?
We want you to love your Urban Helmet purchase and if you’re not happy with the fit, we offer easy returns. Check out our return policy for more details.
Do Urban Helmets run big?
All helmets fit people differently. Just because you wear a medium in most, doesn't mean that you will be a medium size in our helmets. The best way to check what size helmet you should buy is by referring to our size guides located on the individual product pages. Most would consider our helmets true to size, especially the Open Face models. When we first launched our BigBore model there were sizing issues that cause the helmets to run large. These issues have been fixed on all all new Bigbore models. The only models that run large are "Off-White BigBore, Blue Flake BigBore, and Black Flake BigBore.
Does Urban Helmets offer discount codes or coupons?
Does Urban Helmets allow discount codes or coupons on already discounted products?
We do not allow promo codes to be bundled with already discounted products. Unless the specific promotion we are running says otherwise, no promos are allowed to be doubled up. This does not apply to the 10% off storewide discount allowed to all first-time customers.
I love your products and want to promote them. Do you have an affiliate program?
We currently do not have an affiliate program but this might change in the future so please check back.
I have a custom logo and want to add it to one of your helmets?
We currently do not offer on-demand custom helmets. We do sell custom painted helmets from time to time, but these are really your only chance at owning a one of a kind Urban Helmet. These helmets are announced via our newsletters or you can check this page for the current inventory available. If you are a brand or potential dealer that is interested in producing bulk order of custom helmets please fill out our dealers application and someone from our sales department will get back to you.
