Returns

The helmet doesn’t fit quite right? Changed your mind about the blue helmet and want a black one instead? No problem! We offer full refunds or exchanges depending on customer preference and product availability. 

Only items purchased directly from Urbanhelmetsusa.com are returnable. Your order must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers, visors, helmet bag and any extra cheek pads included with the helmet) must remain attached, closed, and unused for your return to qualify for a FULL REFUND.

 Your order is valid for return and will only be accepted if:

  • It is not purchased during our BFCM promotional period (November 22nd - December 4th) 
  • Is returned within 30-Days of delivery
  • Has not been used, worn, or washed
  • Still has all tags attached, extra cheek pads are sealed & unopened, and helmet carrying bag is not removed.
  • All items originally included in the helmet box (stickers/ visors) are unused and returned inside in the box.
  • Order is returned in proper packaging (The helmet is placed inside the carrying bag and shipped inside the Urban Helmets box AND a separate shipping box) “We recommend using the same brown box that we provided”.

 

**Please see return fees for orders that do not qualify for FULL refunds but are still returnable.**

 

The following returns will NOT be accepted and are labeled as unreturnable:

  • It has been over 30 days since you received your order
  • The item has been actively used or worn
  • Tags have been removed and are no longer attached to the strap of the helmet.
  • Order is not returned in a shipping box (The helmet orange/white box is NOT a shipping box).
  • Any items included as part of a "Final Sale" (from urbanhelmetsusa.com)

 

Refunds will be provided within 3 business days once the return arrives and has been assessed.

 A prepaid shipping label may be requested for a fee of $14.99 per order/helmet (deducted from your total refund) for orders being returned from the 48 contiguous US states. We do not charge any return fees for orders that qualify for full refunds. 

If you are located outside of the contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, International, etc.) and would like to return an order, please send the return to: Urban Helmets, 160 NW 73rd St, Miami, FL 33150

Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Urban Helmets upon delivery cannot be accepted.

 

Exchanges

A prepaid shipping label may be requested for a fee. Due to shipping costs and the unique nature of every order, we do not have a set fee for exchange labels. Please contact sales@urbanhelmetsusa.com if you would like a prepaid shipping label for an exchange.
