The helmet doesn’t fit quite right? Changed your mind about the blue helmet and want a black one instead? No problem! We offer exchanges or full refunds depending on customer preference and product availability. 

See if you qualify for a return:

 Your order is valid for a full refund and will only be accepted if:

  • It was not purchased during our BFCM promotional period (November 22nd - December 4th) 
  • Product was never shipped
  • Is returned within 30-Days of receipt
  • Has not been used, worn, or washed
  • Still has tags/packaging attached

The following returns will not be accepted:

  • It has been over 30 days since you received your order
  • The item has been actively used or worn
  • Tags/packaging have been removed
  • Any items included as part of a "Final Sale" (from urbanhelmetsusa.com)

Refunds will be provided within 3 business days once the product arrives and has been assessed.

  • It has been over 30 days since you received your order
  • The item has been actively used or worn

We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for a fee of $12.99 per order/helmet (deducted from your total refund) for orders being returned from the 48 contiguous US states. We do not charge any restocking fees for orders that qualify for full refunds. 

If you are located outside of the contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, International, etc.) and would like to return an order, please send the return to: Urban Helmets, 160 NW 73rd St, Miami, FL 33150

Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Urban Helmets upon delivery cannot be accepted.
